The 1991 Upper Deck Football High Series Pack (also referred to as the High Number Series) is a vintage trading card pack from Upper Deck's premiere entry into the NFL market.

Set Structure: Upper Deck's total 1991 base set consists of 700 cards. The Low Number Series spans cards 1–500, while the High Number Series finishes the set with cards 501–700.
