1993 Pinnacle was a 620 card, dual-series set featuring 310 cards each, similar to the previous year. Card fronts again featured a black background and white accent lines and text, which resulted in a condition sensitive set. Card backs were horizontal and again featured Pinnacle's unique anti-counterfeit bar code'.
There were 5 subsets:
- Rookies (238-288, 575-620)
- Now and Then (289-296, 470-476)
- Idols (297-303, 477-483)
- Hometown Heroes (304-310, 484-490)
- Draft Picks (455-469)
Notable players with Rookie Cards in the set were Derek Jeter, Jason Kendall, and Shannon Stewart.
