2004 Topps Garbage Pail Kids All-New Series 3 Pack

The All-New Series 3 Garbage Pail Kids, aka ANS3 GPK for short, were released in the Fall of 2004 by the Topps Company, Inc. and distributed mainly in the month of September. The new GPK set is comprised of all new artwork by veteran artists John Pound, Tom Bunk, James Warhola and concept art by Jay Lynch. This series also includes newcomer artists Strephon Taylor, Luis Diaz, Pat Glover, Sean Glover, Ray Lago, John Czop, Keith Webb, Aron Laikin, Sean Greathead, David Gross and concept artist Jeff Zapata (who has taken over for Williams as art director) and brand manager John Williams.
