1999 Hot Wheels Collector Cards Pack

The 1999 Hot Wheels Collector Cards set by Comic Images is a vintage, licensed non-sport trading card series that documents 31 years of Hot Wheels history. Rather than featuring actual toy cars, the packs contain premium trading cards showcasing iconic Mattel die-cast designs released between 1968 and 2000.

Set Breakdown & Configuration

The Base Set: Features 72 total base cards.
Card Stock: Printed on a distinct Metaltex foil stock, which is a patented, textured silver foil finish over standard cardboard (they are not made of physical metal).
Card Layout: The front displays a licensed photograph of a Hot Wheels vehicle against a vibrant background, while the card backs provide historical and production information about that specific casting.
Chase Inserts: Packs offer a chance at 6 different randomly inserted Kyle Petty gold chase cards celebrating the NASCAR driver.
Pack & Box Contents: Each individual retail/hobby foil pack contains 6 premium cards.
